Community & Amenities

  This gated community offers a wide range of recreational activities, including two lakes, several swimming pools, basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds, mini-golf, and more for guests of all ages.
• 
  The lakes are ideal for paddle boarding, kayaking, catch-and-release fishing, and ice skating in the winter (motorized boats are not permitted).
• 
  Community pools are open daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day, perfect for summer fun.
• 
  The home is located just a 3-minute drive from the newly renovated H Pool, featuring a splash pad for kids, bathhouse facilities, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.
• 
  Amenity badges are required to access any of the shared community facilities. These can be purchased during your stay at a rate of $12 per person, per day. Children 3 and under are free.

Please Note: We do not have control over the availability of community amenities.Hours and access are determined by the homeowners’ association and are subject to change due to weather, staffing, maintenance, or other factors.Refunds will not be issued for unavailable amenities.

Community Requirements

As required by the HOA and township regulations, the following applies to all reservations:

• 
  All guests (including children) and all vehicles must be registered in advance using the community registration form.
• 
  Drivers must present a printed copy of their driver’s license and vehicle registration at the community gate for access.

Bonus: Ample parking available on-site with a 4 car driveway — no street parking required!

• 
  Only individuals listed in the rental agreement and registration forms may occupy the property. Misrepresenting guest count or age may result in HOA or municipal fines.
• 
  A $50 community registration fee is already included in your booking.
• 
  A $75 late fee applies if forms are not completed at least 3 days before arrival.
• 
  Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Other things to note: Welcome to The Cottage!Nestled in the woods, The Cottage offers a cozy, rustic escape surrounded by nature. While it’s meticulously maintained, please note that occasional insects may find their way inside due to our forest setting. If a true “in-the-woods” experience doesn’t suit your preferences, we understand and encourage you to find the ideal fit!

Neighborhood Rules: All guests are expected to follow community guidelines. Any fines or penalties incurred due to violations will be the guest’s responsibility.

Property Boundaries:

Please remain within our designated property boundaries, as trespassing is prohibited by law.

Security:

Our commitment to safety includes eight outdoor security cameras around the property (driveway, porch, sides, and backyard corners) and a motion-activated doorbell camera. Additionally, smart home devices monitor sound levels to detect potential alarms or disturbances but do not record or store audio.
